This print is an archival inkjet quality photographic giclee print. The image portrays a woman wearing the Adinkra symbol "Nya Gyidie" around her neck. The symbol represents faith and hope, two essential elements to life at this moment. The bird crown on the woman's head is the Picathartes, a bird species that has existed in West and Central Africa for 44 million years. A reminder of the enduring legacy of our culture. Each print is hand numbered, embossed and signed.
